Year 11 Results 2022

Congratulations to our year 11 students on their results!

There have been some excellent results in a number of different subject areas including the core subjects of English and maths. We are particularly pleased with our triple science results with a significant number of students achieving the top grades 9 – 7. Our design technology, art, music and sport results are also extremely pleasing with some very positive progress scores. Obtaining good GCSE results is not easy and this is the first year since 2019 that students have actually taken formal exams. Our students have worked extremely hard in the various subjects despite having an extremely disrupted time since year 9. They’ve had lockdowns, self-isolation periods and various other Covid measures to deal with and throughout this, they have shown great resilience. They should be very proud of their achievements.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our year 11 students for their hard work and dedication to enable them to achieve these results. I would also like to thank our staff too. They have worked tirelessly and I am enormously grateful to them for their hard work.
