Our careers provision is led by a dedicated and experienced team who are passionate about helping students explore their future pathways and develop the careers knowledge and skills they need to thrive.

He works closely with staff, students, parents, and external partners to ensure careers provision reflects the needs of our learners and meets national benchmarks.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. – Our qualified Careers Advisor provides impartial, personalised guidance to students across all year groups. Through one-to-one interviews, group workshops, and drop-in sessions, she helps students make informed decisions about their next steps—whether that’s further education, training, or employment.

He ensures that careers provision is fully integrated into the school’s broader vision.
School Enterprise Adviser: TBC - Volunteer from the business world who works closely with the school to help strengthen its careers provision through work with local businesses and organisations. The role is part of the Careers & Enterprise Company’s Enterprise Adviser Network, which connects the school with experienced professionals to support strategic careers planning and bring real-world learning into the classroom.

She works closely with the Careers Leader to monitor progress, support strategic planning, and champion careers education at a governance level.
Curriculum Leads & Career Champions - Play a vital role in linking curriculum learning to careers. They help students understand how their learning connects to future opportunities and support the development of transferable skills.
